Cant remember the name of this Asian movie?

ok so i watched this movie a very long long time ago, i think i was 10
at the time. so around year 2000 i think. anyway form what i remember
its about this girl who's an assassin, or maybe she's targeted by
assassin. im pretty sure it is rated R cause i distinctly remember her
going to this shop, like a salon and the lady i think knows her, and
starts like putting her hand down her shirt and you know, i guess
trying to do lesbo things (its funny i remember that cause it shocked
me). But she's in love with a guy, i think she may be trying to
protect. im sorry everything that i remember about this movie is
vague. i think perhaps it may be Korean now that i think about it
because i remember she had a childhood flash back of her parents
disciplining her and her sister by crouching down and hopping (idk if
thats a korean thing or just an asian thing)? i remember it being
bloody and i think it had a sad ending. the tittle i want to say had
either Gold or dragon or heck maybe both but i cant say for sure.

lately i have been thinking how much i want to watch it again. i
remember when i first watched it i thought it was so good i watched it
like 4 times, it was a Great movie from what i remember.
if any of you can make sense of my attempt of trying to recall this
movie thanks, even if you know what im talking about i'd be really
