Sirius XM Will get OK To Stay Cost-Hike Suit

A judge today approved the framework of the settlement to some suit customers filed against Sirius XM Radio charging the satellite radio company violated relation to its merger by raising prices after. The category action was filed last year and stated that Sirius XM broke antitrust laws and regulations if this increased prices and enforced a music royalty fee following the 2008 merger was approved.
